Calsheet — calorie tracking that works offline

Open the app and start logging — no sign-up screens, no account wall. Your diary lives on your device and works with zero signal. Sign in later only if you want it synced across devices.

features

Everything a food diary needs, nothing it doesn't

Offline-first, guest-first diary

Log your first meal seconds after opening the app — as a guest, with no connection. Everything is stored on your device and stays there until you say otherwise.

Personal food library

Save the foods you actually eat with their macros once, then log them in two taps. Your own shortlist, not a scroll through a global database.

Open Food Facts search + barcode scan

Look up packaged products by name or point the camera at a barcode — calories and macros fill themselves in from Open Food Facts.

TDEE goal calculator

A short wizard estimates your daily energy budget and splits it into protein, fat and carb targets. Tweak any number if you know better.

AI logging via the Claude connector (MCP)

Connect Calsheet to Claude and log by chatting: "two eggs and a slice of toast for breakfast" becomes a proper diary entry with macros.

JSON backup & restore

One tap exports your whole diary, food library and settings to a JSON file; restore it on any device. Your data is never locked in.

how-it-works

How it works

  1. Set your goal

Answer a few questions in the TDEE wizard — it turns them into a daily calorie budget with macro targets.

  2. Log your meals

Search Open Food Facts, scan a barcode, pick from your food library, or quick-add plain calories.

  3. See totals & stats

Today shows what is left of the budget; 30-day stats show whether the week actually went to plan.
